Essential Employee Program
We care about our community. A portion of our
apartment homes here at The Link have been reserved for moderate to
middle-income, critical workforce such as teachers, first
responders, as well as employees in healthcare & hospitality,
school districts & government offices. Our Essential Employee
Program allows these employees to live in the community where they
work. Book a tour or contact us today to learn more.
DO I QUALIFY FOR THE ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEE PROGRAM?
All applicants will need to complete our standard
application and meet our rental requirements. Income restrictions
will adjust for our apartments reserved for this program based on
the number of household member living in the apartment.
In addition to our 2.5x monthly rent requirement,
applicants will be qualified based on gross annual income and the
number of household members living in the apartment. See chart.
While viewing our availability, you will see our reserved apartments for essential housing under floor plans labeled with an 60 or an 80. Refer to the graph for the gross annual income required for the entire household to qualify. We will be happy to help you find a new home and go over the process in person when you come in for a tour.
